Until then, I had never worked with a curator; I had always developed my exhibitions on my own. When David proposed exhibiting El juego de la madalena, the project that shares the title of my first book, at the Instituto Cervantes in Belgrade, he not only took on the full coordination of the exhibition, but also brought a deeply sensitive and intelligent curatorial reading to the work.
